A kid’s-eye-view of a recent project we painted for the community at @cope.panthers (The Boys & Girls Club) in the Santa Fe neighborhood of Denver. By putting our differences aside, focusing on qualities that can help lift each other up and make the effort to love one another through a greater universal support system, it serves as a reminder that no matter how common efforts are being made to divide us, the only way we know in our gut and hearts is to grow further together.

The Boys & Girls Club provides young people with opportunities to engage in programs that help them achieve academic success, take charge of their health, and foster the skills they need to become leaders in our community. Through providing access to a wealth of programming, the mentors and role models serving the space have the power to positively shape and change their lives forever. These programs are crucial for kids to develop confidence, good habits, self courage and great friendships that carry meaning into a purposeful life.

From our entire team, we are super thankful, grateful and appreciative of this incredible opportunity to hopefully help lift the spirits and energy of the space as part of @yasso‘s "Game On" Foundation, which donated several thousand dollars in art supplies and more to the club. This was a really purposeful project on a lot of levels - mainly being able to help add art and good energy to their already great community core - but also doing what we can do to bring excitement and pride to the exterior of their home away from home

Designed by myself, Andre Rodriguez and painted by myself, Josh Deitchman and Andres Delgado using Kobra Paint Much much love to Julio, Andy and Dawn for welcoming our art into their space and Taylor, Irma, Sean and everyone else at Yasso for their incredible big picture community vision, great donations and all that they do to share with others.
